NGO/Civil Society Dialogue Reoprt of the World Commision on Dams

This is to announce that SWAPHEP is hosting the first NGO/Civil Society Dialogue Reoprt of the World Commision on Dams (WCD) in southern Nigeria

Registration: Free (but a token fee of $30 will be expected from persons from the developed nations to cover the confernce documents)

AGENDA

Programme Goal: To catalyze the process leading to a multi-stakeholder dialogue on the WCD report in Nigeria.

Programme Purpose:

To ensure full and informed participation of the civil society in the national
multi-stakeholder dialogue on the WCD report through a civil society-initiated bottom-top process.

Target audience: NGOs, trade unions, labour unions, student unions, academics, government, financial institutions, women associations, the press and affected people.
